How do I return an item I purchased?
Returning an item is easy. Just submit a return request ‒available in our Return / Exchange Center ‒ and a representative will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return your item.
Do I have to pay for returning an item?
Absolutely not! Shoehorn.com offers free shipping both ways, including returns. We have you covered. Read our return policy for more information.
How long does it take for me to get a refund on a return?
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund within 3-4 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, but are making plans to open our store for international orders.
How soon will my order arrive?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days and typically will take 2-3 days to arrive. We are constantly striving to get your item out as soon as possible. We offer expedited shipping options, which can be viewed during checkout. For more information see our shipping policy.
Can I pay for faster shipping on my orders?

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Orders What is the status of my order?
Please use the contact form to reach us, and one of our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours with your order status. If your order already has been shipped, you can track your package using the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email sent to you when your order has been shipped.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately using our contact form. If we are able to catch the order before it ships we will cancel or modify your order accordingly. Otherwise, you will be able to return the shipment at no charge, including shipping.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate order discounts?

Do you allow cashier’s check or money order?
We do not accept cashier’s check or money order. We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal Is it safe to use my credit / debit card on your site? Yes, please notice the “https://” at the beginning of the web address on our order form. My credit/debit card is being declined, what should I do?
Double check that you’ve entered your credit card information correctly, and also double check the address you’ve input. If you are confident you’ve entered the right information, then please contact your bank or credit card company to see if they can help you with the issue.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
If you no longer wish to receive emails from use, please use the link at the bottom of that e-mail to unsubscribe from our list. If you are unsure how to do this, or want us to stop contacting you via postal mail, as well, please submit a request via our contact form and we will take care of this matter ASAP.
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
We always try our best to keep all items in stock at all times. If for some reason an item is showing as not in stock, please contact us using our contact form and we will notify you by e-mail once the item is again available.
